Automation Partner for Agencies That Serve Trade Businesses

Sync9 is the technical automation and integration team for agencies that serve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trade businesses but don't have developers in-house. You keep the client relationship. We build and support the integrations, workflows, and reporting behind it, under your brand, alongside you, or as a direct referral.

When Agencies Call

When agencies bring us in

Agencies usually call when a client need goes past marketing and into operations:

  • ✓
Leads land in ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber and the trail goes cold. You can't show which campaigns turned into booked, invoiced jobs.
  • ✓
The client asks for something your team can't build. An API integration, a custom sync, a dashboard pulling from three systems.
  • ✓
Your Zapier setups are carrying more than they should. They break quietly and someone on your team ends up fixing them.
  • ✓
A client's back office is the bottleneck. Permitting, warranty, rebates, financing, or accounting handoffs that depend on someone remembering.
  • ✓
You want to offer automation without hiring for it. Ongoing technical work is valuable to your clients but not worth a full-time developer on your side.
What We Build

What we build for agency clients

Marketing to Operations

Leads in, revenue back

Route leads from forms, calls, and ad platforms into the client's field service system, then send job outcomes back so your reporting shows booked revenue, not just leads.

Field Service Integrations

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, QuickBooks

Connect the client's field service and accounting systems to the CRM and marketing tools they already use. See ServiceTitan Integrations.

Back Office

Post-job workflows

Permitting, warranty registration, rebates, financing, and inspections, mapped and automated where it makes sense.

Reporting

Numbers you can present

One reliable source for owner dashboards and the numbers you present in client reviews.

Practical AI

AI with human review

AI assistants and document handling, with human review where it matters.

Support

Fixes and takeovers

We take over automations someone else built, document them, fix what's fragile, and support them going forward.

Why Partner

Why agencies add an automation partner

Results

Prove your results

When booked jobs and revenue flow back into your reporting, you show clients what your campaigns actually produced, not just lead counts.

Retention

Keep clients longer

Clients who rely on you for operations as well as marketing are harder to replace.

Growth

Add a service line without hiring

Offer integrations and automation under your own brand, with a technical team behind you only when a project needs one.

Engagement Models

Three ways to work together

Model 1

White-label

We work behind your brand. You own the client relationship, communication, and billing. We scope, build, and support the work and stay out of sight unless you want us on a call.

Model 2

Co-branded

You introduce Sync9 as your automation partner. We join technical calls and own the build, while you stay the client's main point of contact.

Model 3

Referral

When a project is outside what you want to manage, you introduce the client and we contract with them directly. You stay informed on anything that touches your work.

In every model, scope and pricing are agreed before any build starts, and we don't market to your clients.

Our Process

How a project runs

1

Scope with you first

We review the client's systems with your team and check what their platforms already do natively before suggesting custom work.

2

Map the workflows

We document which records move between which systems, who owns each step, and where the gaps are. A typical engagement maps several workflows before a single one gets built.

3

Build in phases

The highest-value fix ships first. Larger items like accounting integrations or cross-workflow dashboards follow in a second phase.

4

Monitor after launch

We watch new automations closely during the first few weeks. Clients on a retainer get ongoing monitoring as their tools and processes change.

Example (anonymized)

An agency managing a ServiceTitan-based HVAC and plumbing company brought us in on a fixed hour budget. We mapped seven post-job workflows across permitting, warranty, rebates, financing, accounting, and inspections, matched each to native ServiceTitan features or proven third-party tools, and split the work into two phases so the client saw results before committing to the larger build.

Who It's For

Who this is for

Marketing, web, and growth agencies whose clients are trade and field service businesses, usually with 10 or more technicians, and who need a technical partner instead of a technical hire. Sync9 is based in Georgia and works with agencies and their clients nationwide, fully remote.

FAQ

Agency partner FAQ

Do you work white-label? +

Yes. We can work entirely under your brand, with you handling client communication and billing. We can also work co-branded or take a direct referral, depending on the client and project.

Will you contact or market to our clients? +

No. In white-label and co-branded projects, the client relationship stays yours. We only work directly with a client when you refer them to us.

What platforms do you work with? +

Most agency projects involve ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or QuickBooks connected to CRMs, call tracking, forms, ad platforms, and reporting tools. We use native integrations, Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom API work depending on what the job needs.

How is agency work priced? +

Projects are scoped and priced before work starts, either as a defined project or a set hour budget. Ongoing support is available as a retainer. You set your own markup in white-label arrangements.

Can you take over automations another developer or our team built? +

Yes. We review what's in place, document it, fix what's fragile, and support it going forward.

What does the agency need to provide? +

Access to the client's systems (or a client contact who can grant it), the business goal behind the request, and someone on your team who owns the relationship.

Have a client asking for more than your team can build?

Tell us about the project and we'll tell you how we'd scope it.
